Health Tourism Enterprise (HTE) is the nascent technology-intensive “startup” (i.e., unencumbered by legacy infrastructure) being created to provide a complete ecosystem of Sector-supporting services, be associated with the authoritative "spoken and written word” (i.e., original knowledge) on the subject and demonstrate leadership (by sponsoring the Health Tourism Policy and Strategy think and do tank.

A "startup" is a newly-emerged and fast-growing entrepreneurial venture which aims to meet a marketplace need by developing a viable and scalable business model around innovative products, services, processes or a platform.
Being "nascent" provides the advantage of being free from the burden of legacy infrastructure.

HTE also incorporates healthCare cybernetics (hCc - indisputably, the best-informed “outfit” on Health Tourism – in toto) which will be providing consulting services - whilst continuing to cerebrate innovations.

HTE has yet to be founded as an independent legal entity, pending decision on corporate domicile - and in the interim is a division of Emvio Enterprises Ltd (a UK-based Group).
